Ben Tomkins joins EDEN VENTURES

Eden Ventures today announced that Ben Tompkins has joined the firm as a General Partner. Prior to Eden, Ben spent 18 years in corporate finance, advising on over 75 transactions and specializing in the software and digital media sectors. Most recently, Ben was Managing Director at Jefferies Broadview where he had been Co-head of the firm’s Software, Services and Media global market group and led the Digital Media group.
Ben has advised European technology companies such as Kelkoo, Iris Software, Promethean, Musiwave and uDate.com on transactions involving acquirers such as Yahoo!, IAC, Openwave and Microsoft.
